Just received my super-duper heavy duty plate hangers and wanted to write you a note.  This is not like me to dash to the computer to thank someone for something I ordered, but I felt compelled to do so!

I have been looking for a hanger such as yours for years.  When I researched plate hangers several years ago … your options were not available. I had to opt for a lighter weight version from the local hardware store and after two years of hanging on the wall without incidence, the springs gave way and the plate popped out.   I heard a crash in the middle of the night and woke up to my most favorite plate in pieces on the floor.  Not to mention it had taken a huge chunk out of the wall AND the arm of the chair below it on its way down!!  I was very sad to say the least! 

I was able to get a new plate ($150) but refused to put it up until I found something that would hold it on the wall without fear.  When I saw your recommendation, it seemed like the answer and I ordered three.  Received the package today and am THRILLED to report that I think this is THE PERFECT solution.  I am so excited and wanted to tell you how pleased I am with the whole contraption.  So thanks.  Great solution.
